Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your item.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on the nature of our products, this includes:

  • All Live Plants + Planters: Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on any live plants.
  • Gifts: All items purchased from our Gifts categories (Gifts Under $50, Gifts $50-$100, Gifts $100-$250) are final sale to preserve their special, curated nature.
